The chakra governs our ability to communicate and express ourselves. This chakra challenges us to grow our truth without being inhibited by it. It is a chakra that helps bring about a greater point of balance between the other chakras and bridges the gap between the lower and higher chakras.
It is the responsibility of the throat chakra to ensure that we can make ourselves heard, pass information easily, and, most importantly, show our voice to the world without fear.
Those who spend a lot of time working with their voices must balance this chakra to maintain its composure and not get carried away by impulse.
Our communication and expression are easy, balanced, and fearless when aligned. We say what we think honestly. But, at the same time, we develop a great ability to listen to the other and understand other ways of looking at the same subject without judgment or thinking that the other is trying to overcome us.
When it is misaligned, we are afraid to speak and think we are incapable. We don’t believe in our truth and camouflage our feelings with the typical “everything is fine.” A misaligned throat chakra brings more isolation, and a person feels ashamed to show himself.
So a good way to work and balance your throat chakra is: Meditation focused on this chakra with visualization of the color blue, singing, recording your voice and listening, speak to the mirror with assertiveness.

- BLUE KYANITE
Blue cyanite is one of my three favorite stones of all time.
It is known as the protection stone of Archangel Michael. It can be used as an amulet and is highly regarded by therapists. It is thought that no evil can hurt us if we have this powerful stone protecting us. It looks like a sword from heaven, which is why it is also called the Sword of Saint Michael. With it, you can cut negative energy cords and eliminate bad patterns in a person or an environment. Even though blue kyanite takes in negative energy, it cleans itself.
It is a stone that has a strong connection to the Vishuda Chakra (Throat), so it is great for people who use their voices for work every day. However, blue Kyanite is fragile, so you have to be very careful with it, so it doesn’t break.
It is also good for people who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. If this is the case, a Blue Kyanite should be put under the pillow.

- LACY BLUE AGATE
One of my favorite stones is the Agata Azul Rendada. It has a very soft and gentle energy that brings me a lot of comfort and peace when I’m feeling anxious.
It is one of the best stones for working on the throat chakra (Vishuddha) because it helps us communicate more clearly. This energy center can be balanced by placing the stone over the throat while lying down.
Also, Blue Laced Agate is a great stone to put in a child’s room because it helps them calm down before bed and sleep better.
It is a stone that gives off the peace of the blue ray, so it is great for balancing out more dense energies like anger, infection, inflammation, or fever.
“I trust my truth” is a good mantra to use with this stone.
- ANGELITE
Angelite is a beautiful stone directly linked to the angelic realm. It has a strong effect on the mind, which helps to quiet our inner voices and doubts.
This is one of the stones that crystal therapists worldwide love the most. They think it is one of the most powerful stones for therapy because it has a unique vibration that calms, relaxes, and comforts all of our body’s layers.
Angelite connects us to our guardian angels and makes it easier for us to hear what they have to say. This helps us connect with our spirit guides more consciously.

Because of this, Larimar is one of the best crystals for working on self-knowledge and expanding our higher selves, which helps us see our thoughts and goals more clearly. Therefore, this crystal is the most important for our spiritual growth.
Larimar is thought to be the crystal of souls who come into the world to share strong messages of change. It helps to open up the throat chakra.
This is one of the most powerful crystals for the new age of Aquarius, which will bring a whole new way of looking at life.
